All recipes were created with American cooking in mind, so no exotic, hard to find ingredients are necessary. Each seed packet comes with detailed instructions on how to grow and harvest these vegetables. To make it easy for gardeners plan their gardens, we divided the seeds into two color-coded selections: Spring and Fall. Minihooper® is our answer to the snappy spring days and cold fall nights. It is an instant mini hoophouse designed to extend gardening season. It is easy to set up, and will provide a coverage area of 40" by 90". Units can be easily connected to create larger coverage area. The unit comes with a 12-feet long UV rated plastic sheet and clips to secure it on the hoophouse. Used in conjunction with our Insect Screen and Shade Cloth, the Minihooper®is a necessary and versatile tool in any garden.
Until now, cumbersome contraptions and devices frustrated gardeners who want to extend their gardening season. The stand along “tent greenhouses” are not efficient in preventing heat loss and providing ideal conditions for plants, especially vegetable starts; and they are hard to store. Large-scale greenhouses/hoophouse are complicated and costly to build. The simple design of the Minihooper® overcomes these limitations. It is easy to set up without using expensive tools or skilled labor. It covers plants on site, creating microclimates favorable for growing vegetables, enabling gardeners to start planting earlier in the spring and providing protection to the plants later in the fall/winter. We offer Insect Screens and Shade Clothes that fit on the Minihooper®. Our Insect Screens can help prevent insect damage of vegetables without using chemicals, and our Shade Clothes shield heat sensitive plants in hot weather, which is extremely helpful for growing lettuce in the summer. We believe the Minihooper® and its series of products will take the frustration out of gardening and enable gardeners to better enjoy their garden.
