China Jade Baby Bok Choy: Green Delight Baby Bok Choy is a bolt tolerant and fast maturing variety. Produces tender delicious Baby Bok Choys in 40-50 days. Good simply sautéed or in stir-fries.
Sautéed Baby Bok Choy with Rosemary and GarlicHeat oil in pan until hot, add rosemary and half of the garlic, sauté until you can smell the aroma of the rosemary. Add the baby bok choys and salt, continue to cook until baby bok choys begin to sweat, about 2-3 minutes. Add remaining garlic, toss and serve.
Also known as Chinese broccoli. Plant in early spring. The stocks of the flower shoots are harvested and used in cooking. Harvest shoots 6-8" from the top. Plant will continue to produce shoots for 30 days.
Gai Lan Roll-upWash GaiLan and par boil for 2-3 minutes. Drain well. Sprinkle salt on Gai Lan. Follow instructions to make pizza dough. After the dough has risen, divide it into 4 equal parts. Roll out dough. Spread a generous amount of olive oil on the surface and sprinkle some salt. Place Gai Lan in the center of the rolled out dough followed by the mozzarella cheese. Fold up the sides of the dough to make a roll. Pinch the seam and ends. Brush top of the rolls with additional olive oil. Sprinklegrated Parmesan cheese on top. Allow dough to rise for 20 minutes. Bake at a 425º oven for 10-15 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
An early maturing bush type edible green soybean, also known as edamame. Plant is robust, has round leaves and white flowers. Will grow to 24" tall. Produces green creamy soybeans in clusters, each pod containing 3 large-sized soybeans. Cook soybeans in their shells with spices to make a healthy and delicious snack.
Boiled Green Soybeans with ShellsPlace all ingredients in a pot. Bring it to a boil and continue to boil for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow soybeans to cool in pot. After completely cooled, drain and serve. Pop the soybeans out of the shell to eat and be sure to discard the shells.

A sweet turnip that is perfect for fall planting and harvesting. Fast to mature, this variety produces wonderful sweet turnips and top quality, mild turnip greens. Plant in late summer or early fall, the turnip is ready in 50 days also. Avoid insect damage by covering the crop with a floating row cover.
2 Silver Bell Sweet TurnipsPeel the skin of turnips and cut into cubes. Cook until tender, 10 minutes. Drain. Toss with butter and small amount of parsley and dill weed. Add garlic salt and white pepper to taste.
Cut turnip greens into 2” sections. Salt to taste. Steam turnip greens just until they clasp (approx. 5 minutes). Mix in all other ingredients. Serve hot or cold.
